Touch Screen and Kiosk Rental Agreement

This Touch Screen and Kiosk Rental Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into between EZPZ (hereinafter referred to as the "Rental Company") and [Client Name] (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") as of the date of acceptance of this Agreement.

  1. Rental Equipment

    The Rental Company agrees to provide the following equipment to the Client for the specified rental period:

    • Touch screens

    • Kiosks

    • Software necessary for deployment

  2. Rental Period

    The rental period will commence on Start Date at Start Time and end on End Date at End Time. Any extension of the rental period requires prior written consent from the Rental Company.

  3. Rental Fees and Payment Terms

    The Client agrees to pay the Rental Company the rental fees as outlined in the quotation provided, including any applicable taxes and additional services. The payment terms are as follows:

    • Payment Schedule: 100% deposit due upon signing this Agreement. Special terms may be requested and considered.

    • Payment can be made via Accepted payment methods: credit card, bank transfer.

    • Late payments may be subject to penalties or interest charges.

  4. Delivery and Collection

    The Rental Company will arrange for the delivery of the rental equipment to the event venue on Delivery Date. The Client shall provide the necessary information for delivery, including the delivery address and contact person.

    The Client is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and ready to receive the equipment.

    The Rental Company will coordinate the collection of the rental equipment from the event venue on Collection Date. The Client shall make the equipment available for collection at the designated time and location.

  5. Equipment Use and Care

    The Client agrees to use the rental equipment responsibly and in accordance with any instructions provided by the Rental Company.

    The Client shall not modify, tamper with, or attempt to repair the equipment without prior written consent from the Rental Company.

    The Client is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the rental equipment during the rental period and shall reimburse the Rental Company for any repair or replacement costs.

    The Client shall ensure that the rental equipment is used in a suitable environment, free from excessive moisture, extreme temperatures, or other conditions that may damage the equipment.

  6. Technical Support

    The Rental Company will provide technical support during the rental period to assist the Client with any equipment-related issues. The Client can contact the Rental Company via Contact information: e.g., phone number, email for assistance.

  7. Return of Equipment

    At the end of the rental period, the Client shall return the rental equipment to the Rental Company's warehouse on Return Date. The equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was received, normal wear and tear excepted.

    The Client shall ensure that all accessories, cables, and software provided are returned with the rental equipment.

    The Rental Company will inspect and test the equipment upon its return. Any damage or missing items will be documented and may result in additional charges to the Client.

  8. Liability and Indemnification

    The Rental Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of the rental equipment, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Rental Company.

    The Client shall indemnify and hold the Rental Company harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of the Client's use or misuse of the rental equipment.

  9. Termination

    Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material provision of this Agreement.
