FAQ

1. Hardware. Select the types of hardware desired for the event - and select the date range the rental is to occur.
2. Software. If software is desired, EZPZ will build what is to be displayed on the hardware selected in Step 1. From that point you will be given a link to use for the software.
3. EZPZ will ship the hardware to the desired location of the event.
4. Your team will set up the hardware, place the link generated in Step 2 into the browser. From this point you will be able to run a successful interactive event.
5. Re-pack and ship back the case. EZPZ will assess for any damages and look forward to working with you on your next event.

This is entirely dependent on the goal of your company! EZPZ would recommend to best select what coincides with the objective of your event. If you’re unsure - let’s hop on a quick call and we can always make a suggestion.

All units are WIFI ready and will connect to a network provided by others. EZPZ will recommend that you bring a mobile hotspot, or utilize an event provided network.

Absolutely! Feel free to display your company and run your campaign on a variety of devices.

EZPZ will develop and deploy a custom software with you. We would need to hop onto a call and discuss the objectives and then quote the project.

Nope! Feel free to use this as a QR code and place it on printed materials or static images!

Tradeshows and conventions are a primary use. Many companies will find the ease of applying the same interactive experiences to other marketing strategies. We find that these can be placed in brick and mortars or even as printed campaigns.

EZPZ will apply a percentage of your total rental spend towards a brand new unit.

EZPZ can’t promise that. What we can promise is a memorable experience and a higher likelihood of your information being retained by the audience/user. We would encourage you or your team members to engage with the audience in tandem with this digital experience to maximize the effect.

EZPZ will provide a report showing who entered their information and what they received.

You will be responsible for providing power to the unit. This is typically conducted via the event general contractor.
